House of Tantuvana – "No Regrets" Return & Refund Policy

At House of Tantuvana, we want you to love every purchase you make. If you've changed your mind, we've made our return process simple and hassle-free.

Please Note: All eligible refunds are issued as Store Credit/Coupon Codes for future purchases unless otherwise stated.


Return Process

Returning an eligible product is easy and involves three simple steps.

Step 1 – Raise a Return Request (Within 24 Hours)

Email us at  supporthouseoftantuvana@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Image showing the original product tag
  • Order details

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may proceed to the next step.


Step 2 – Ship the Product (Within 5 Days)

Return the product in its:

  • Original condition
  • Unused condition
  • Original packaging
  • With all tags intact

The product must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Kindly share your courier tracking details once dispatched.
  • The return address will be shared after your return request is approved.

Step 3 – Receive Your Refund

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, House of Tantuvana will issue your Store Credit/Coupon Code within 10 working days.


Order Cancellation & Prepaid Orders

Orders are generally processed within 2 hours of being placed.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, you may choose either:

  • A Store Credit/Coupon Code for the full order value, or
  • A refund to your original payment method (after deducting a 5% payment gateway fee).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

All COD orders are confirmed via phone call before dispatch.


Store Credit / Refund Coupon

Store Credit issued by House of Tantuvana follows these terms:

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Can be used only once.
  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
  • A single original order can undergo a maximum of two consecutive returns/store credit issuances.

Deductions & Charges

To ensure fair operations, the following deductions may apply.

Order Rejection / Non-Acceptance

If a prepaid or COD order is refused or returned:

  • ₹250 will be deducted towards shipping and handling charges.

Free Shipping Orders

If your original order qualified for free shipping:

  • ₹200 will be deducted from your Store Credit to recover the original shipping cost.

COD Token Amount

Any token amount paid for a COD order (up to ₹250) is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or refused.


Damaged Product Replacement Policy

Every order undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. However, damages may occasionally occur during transit.


What To Do If You Receive a Damaged Product

Inspect Immediately

Please inspect your package as soon as it is delivered.


Report Within 24 Hours

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.


Required Proof

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Complete unboxing video

Unboxing Video Guidelines

Your unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the courier package.
  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides.
  • Display the shipping label.
  • Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous, unedited recording.
  • Clearly show every product inside the package.

This video serves as proof that the item arrived in its reported condition and helps us process your claim quickly.


Replacement Process

If the damage is verified, House of Tantuvana will provide:

  • A replacement of the same product.

If the same product is unavailable:

  • A similar product may be offered, or
  • Store Credit may be issued to your account.

Refund Policy for Damaged Products

Transit damage qualifies for replacement or Store Credit only.

Automatic cash refunds are not applicable.


Return Eligibility Checklist

Your return request will be eligible only if:

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product shipped back within 5 days of approval.
  • Original packaging is intact.
  • Product is unused.
  • Product is undamaged.
  • All original tags are attached.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Every product at House of Tantuvana is handcrafted by skilled artisans and traditional weavers across India.

Handmade creations are unique by nature and are never identical to mass-produced products.

You may notice:

  • Minor variations in weaving
  • Slight differences in print placement
  • Small irregularities in embroidery or thread work
  • Natural dye variations caused by weather, humidity, and sunlight

These are not manufacturing defects but beautiful characteristics that reflect the authenticity and craftsmanship of handmade textiles.

We consider these subtle differences the true "Soul of Handcrafted Art."
