We want you to love what you wear. If you’ve changed your mind about your Purchase, we offer a simple 3-step return process.

Please note: All refunds are issued as coupon codes for future purchases.

1. The 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Inform (Within 24 Hours)

Email tantuvanacraftssupport@gmail.com with the image of product and its tag within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, move to Step 2.

Step 2: Return (Within 5 Days)

Ship the item back in its original, unused condition with all packaging. This must be done within 5 days of approval.

Note: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please share your tracking details.

Address will be shared once step 1 is cleared.

Step 3: Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund coupon code within 10 working days.

2. Cancellations & Prepayments

Quick Fulfillment: Orders are usually processed within 2 hours. You can only cancel before the item is shipped.

Prepaid Cancellations: You can choose a full-value coupon code or a refund to your original payment mode (minus a 5% payment gateway fee).

COD Confirmation: We will always call to confirm Cash-on-Delivery orders before shipping.

3. Understanding the Refund Coupon Code

Validity: 1 year from the date of issue.

Usage: One-time use only. It cannot be combined with any other offer codes or discounts.

Limit: A single original order can be traced through a maximum of 2 consecutive returns/coupon issuances.

4. Important Deductions & Fees

To keep our operations sustainable, certain deductions apply in specific scenarios:

Non-Acceptance/Returns: A total of ₹250 is deducted for shipping and handling if a prepaid or COD order is not accepted or is returned.

Waived Shipping: If your original order had free shipping, ₹200 will be deducted from your refund coupon to cover the initial transit cost.

Token Amounts: Token payments for COD orders are non-refundable if the order is cancelled or rejected (up to ₹250).

5. How Replacements Work if damaged goods received:

Quality Guarantee - Our team performs its own checks before shipping, but they acknowledge that shipping carriers can sometimes be rough with packages.

Summary of Your Action Plan -

Open Immediately: Inspect the items, the moment it arrives.

The 24-Hour Rule-

Strict Deadline - You have exactly 24 hours from the moment your package is delivered to report any damage. If you wait longer than One day, the company will not offer a replacement or even "entertain" the conversation.

Proof Required - You must send an email to tantuvanacraftssupport@gmail.com that includes a clear photo of the damage and unboxing Video.

The Unboxing Video Requirement:

Continuous Recording - You must start filming before you break the seal of the courier or outer packaging. The video should be one single, unedited clip showing the package from all sides.

The camera needs to clearly show the shipping label and then follow the process of opening the box and inspecting each item.

This video acts as your ultimate proof. If an item is missing or damaged, the video demonstrates that it arrived in that condition, making us easy to accept your claim.

Like-for-Like - If the damage is confirmed, Tantuvana will send you a replacement of the same item. If that specific item is out of stock, then we will provide something similar or credit can be issued in your account.

No Automatic Refunds - The policy specifically mentions replacements, not necessarily money-back refunds, for transit damage.

Quick Eligibility Checklist for non-damaged goods:

-        Reported within 24 hours.

-        Shipped back within 5 days.

-        Original packaging is intact.

-        Item should be unused and undamaged.
