Terms of service

TANTUVANA OPC (GSTIN: 07AAMCT0046N1Z0) maintains a policy that allows them to change their Terms and Conditions whenever they choose, without giving you a heads-up first.

No Prior Notice - The company isn't required to email or alert you before making any change; the new rules apply the moment they are posted to the website.

Your Responsibility - It is up to you to check the Terms and Conditions page every time you log in or sign up to see if anything has shifted.

Immediate Enforcement - By using their site or services after an update, you are essentially agreeing to whatever the new terms are.

Account Security & Responsibility:

Credential Management - You are the sole person responsible for keeping your login email and password private. The company expects you to treat this information as strictly confidential.

Liability for Orders - The most critical part of this clause is that the company attributes all activity to you. If someone else logs into your account and places an order, the company will treat it as if you placed it yourself and will process it accordingly.

No Disputes on Origin - Because you are responsible for your password, you generally cannot contest an order by claiming you didn't personally click "buy" if it was done through your authenticated account.

Terms of Operations:

Sole Discretion - The website can pause or shut down any of its services whenever they want. They don't have to give you a warning before doing so.

Order Protection - Even if they stop a service, they promise to either finish shipping any orders you've already paid for or give you a full refund. You won't be left "empty-handed" for purchases already in progress.

Rights of Refusal:

Selective Service - The company can choose not to do business with anyone at any time. Importantly, they are stating they don't have to explain why they made that decision.

Liability Waiver -

www.tantuvanacrafts.com explicitly state they are not responsible for any issues or "damages" (technical, financial, or otherwise) that might happen to you as a result of using their website.

Product Liability Waiver and Warranty:

No Responsibility of harm or damage caused on usage of products - The company states that they are not legally responsible for any harm or damage that might occur from using the product you buy.

User Assumption of Risk - By agreeing to this, you are essentially accepting that any issues resulting from using the products are your responsibility, not theirs.

The "Beyond Control" situation -

Exemption for Delays - The company will not be held at fault if they can't fulfill their promises (like meeting a delivery date) due to events they can't control.

Examples of Such Events: This typically includes things like natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or major postal service disruptions. If one of these happens, they aren't considered to have "broken" their contract with you.

Ownership and Copyright:

Complete Protection - Everything you see on the website—including designs, photos, logos, and text—is legally owned by tantuvanacrafts.com. It is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Independent Management - The company designs and manages all its content internally, meaning they claim full rights to its original creation.

Strict Usage Restrictions

Personal Use Only: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, selling, or "commercially exploiting" any part of the website.

No Modifications - You cannot take the images or designs, change them slightly, and use them for your own purposes.

No Distribution - This includes posting their professional product photos on your own sales pages or social media for business reasons.

Legal Jurisdiction

Delhi Courts: If a dispute arises or if the company decides to take legal action against someone for stealing their content, it will be handled specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Warning of Action: The clause explicitly states that they will pursue "suitable legal actions" if these rules are broken.

How Replacements Work if damaged goods received:

Quality Guarantee - Our team performs its own checks before shipping, but they acknowledge that shipping carriers can sometimes be rough with packages.

Like-for-Like - If the damage is confirmed, Tantuvana will send you a replacement of the same item. If that specific item is out of stock, then we will provide something similar or credit can be issued in your account.

No Automatic Refunds - The policy specifically mentions replacements, not necessarily money-back refunds, for transit damage.

Summary of Your Action Plan -

Open Immediately: Inspect the items, the moment it arrives.

The 24-Hour Rule-

Strict Deadline - You have exactly 24 hours from the moment your package is delivered to report any damage. If you wait longer than One day, the company will not offer a replacement or even "entertain" the conversation.

Proof Required - You must send an email to tantuvanacraftssupport@gmail.com that includes a clear photos of the damage and unboxing Video.

The Unboxing Video Requirement:

Continuous Recording - You must start filming before you break the seal of the courier or outer packaging. The video should be one single, unedited clip showing the package from all sides.

The camera needs to clearly show the shipping label and then follow the process of opening the box and inspecting each item.

This video acts as your ultimate proof. If an item is missing or damaged, the video demonstrates that it arrived in that condition, making us easy to accept your claim.

 In case of missed Delivery:

The "Three Strikes" Rule -

Delivery Attempts - The courier service will try to deliver your package up to three times. If they can't reach you after the third try, the package is automatically sent back to Tantuvana.

Reshipping Costs -

The ₹250 Fee: If the package is returned and you still want your items, you will have to pay an additional ₹250 for shipping. This applies even if your original shipping was free or at a lower rate.

No "Second Chance" COD - If your original order was Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and it gets returned; the company will no longer allow you to pay at the door for the second attempt. Prepayment Required: To get a returned COD order reshipped, you must pay for the entire order plus the ₹250 shipping fee online before they will send it out again.

Pro-Tips to Avoid These Charges -

-        Keep a close eye on the tracking link so you know exactly which day the courier is coming.

-        If you know you won't be home, leave instructions for a neighbor or security guard to collect it (for prepaid orders).

-         Double-check that your phone number is correct so the delivery agent can call you if they can't find your address.
